This has been my favorite treat lately! I love coming up with raw desserts! Thought I'd share it with you. I usually make way less because I worry I'll eat them all but feel free to double the batches.

1/4 c raw almonds
small amount of raw cacao (I dont like using too much but if you like chocolaty things then use more)
dates (you dont really need too many because the coconut oil is what binds it all together. I probably use 3 or 4, maybe 5 small dates)
coconut oil (maybe 3 T? I dont usually measure but you do need to use a bit because otherwise they wont harden as much.)
pinch of salt
coconut butter

put raw almonds in food processor and grind up into little pieces. Add salt and mix. Add dates, mix, add cacao and coconut oil, mix.
Take mixture out. I use a measuring Tablespoon to make 4 small balls but you could probably just grab some with your hands and make into balls. Place them in a plate and take some artisana coconut butter thats been well melted and mixed. The butter is so amazingly creamy! Its hard to believe that its raw. Place a dallop on top of each ball, put in the freezer for 10-15 minutes or until hard and enjoy!
