    Default I'll still get all the nutrients right?

    Someone please explain this to me.
    The point of juicing is to speed the nutrients and enzymes into our body by removing the fiber. Another plus is that we can't eat 2 heads of romaine lettuce, an apple, a lemon, etc. in the time it would take to drink the same ingredients, so you get way more nutrition bang for the amount of liquid you're drinking.
    BUT-
    If I want loads of nutrients from juicing lots of greens (more than I could blend in a green smoothie)... would mixing the green juice base with fruit not give my body all the good stuff?

    It seems like people are either, 'just juice and forget the fiber' or 'keep the fiber and make a smoothie' is there a way to get the best of both worlds?

    I do juice and green smoothies everyday so I get a bit of both! Fruit smoothie for breakie, fruit and veggie juice at lunch, green smoothie with greens and fruit for mid afternoon. I don't see anything wrong with juicing greens and blending with fruit. Its all good. Just enjoy it:)

    I like my fruits blended or just eat them. My veggies I like to juice them. Sometimes I get sick of chewing salads so I just juice the ingredients. It is what ever you like.

    I need the fiber as I find without it I get 'bunged' up. Water helps me too.

    aah, nice to see I'm not the only one who does this.
    snoops- I would LOVE just fruit smoothies, but I can't stomach green juice by itself, maybe I'll work on that
