Default Don't have bee pollen, enzymes etc Non organic

Short question is : can I do a juice 60-90 day juice feast without the extras?

Also, Angela stokes takes msm, bee pollen hemp oil etc. I have non raw flax oil and coconut oil etc. is it still healthy to do this without those things?

Yes you can go fine without the products if you want to. Better even since a juice feast is meant to be just juice really.

Yes. All of those things would just get in the way of fasting, actually, because they would take more effort to digest.

I would suggest growing some green sprouts or microgreens and adding them to your juices, because they have nutrients you can't easily get from store-bought food, and are very nourishing and cleansing.

    Thanks for replying!

Sprouting, good thinking! What are the easiest seeds and beans to sprout?
