Hello everyone. I just need some information on going to the hclf vegan diet. I have a few questions regarding my health :)

I'm 16 - I'm 144 lbs and 6"1. I'm a vegetarian and I get all my vities and minerals :) (no supplements)

I've been vegetarian for a year and half.
I really want to do this diet to see how it is and experiment.

Te questions I have -
I run a little over 4 miles almost everyday In 26 minutes. Is this enough to keep all the sugar down low and not make me bloaty and fat? I know people who do the 30 bananas a day ( which I'm interested in) run like 200 miles a week. I don't have time for that, as I go to school and will soon enough be working.

-how should i do the 30bad? Eating 10 morning 10 afternoon and 10 at night? Also-during the week I run at 4:30pm And weekends I run 8am. Should I eat bananas before my
Run or after during weekends?

-b12? I was thinking about not being completely raw fruitarian and drinking a glass of almond dream for some b12 a day.

-is it just bananas and oranges? I see people on this 30bad diet just eating bananas and oranges. Can I eat (the only fruits I enjoy) raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, watermelon, grapes, grapefruit, and strawberries?

- is it ok for me to enjoy frozen produce? I don't have the accessibility at the moment of going to the store more than once a week (that will change once I work at shoprite startin Tuesday)
I enjoy frozen berries and fruits- indont heat them up, I eat them frozen. Is this ok?

-veggies - I only like some veggies raw - broccoli, carrots, spinach. The rest (peas, string beans, cauliflower,) i eat frozen and cooked SLIGHTLY in water. (heat water, dump in veggies and strain-doesn't even boil {water})

-how should I do this during school? 10 bananas in morning? Lunch? And then dinner?

-will this diet make me tummy fat or anything? And indont own the 811 diet book, but I'll order it soon.

Thanks! If I have any more questions I'll post.
