    Default do as my daughter says

    hi everyone.i am 65 and suffering from bad muscle pain in my left arm i have always called it frozen shoulder but my daughter said i should try to heal myself the raw way. so here i am. i live in indonesia now so i know some foods will not be available to me but we have an abuntantcy of beautiful fruit, veg and fish.thanks x

    Good for you! I'm glad you took your daughters advise and didn't dismiss her. I have no doubts you'll feel much better after a few weeks.
    There's insane amounts of information on this site so you wont have a problem learning all the ins and outs and making friends etc. Keep at it!

    Oh and fish prefer the water to your stomach... Leave them there please.

    hi Marilyn,
    I have been suffering with this same complaint for ages. I live in China by the way so lots local tropical fruit available.
    I went raw 9 days ago and the pain in my arm has diminished, my overall stiffness in the morning has nearly gone completely which I was very worried about.
    I am quite an active person so I believe the stiffness was not caused by inactivity but by diet. I can only relate my experience.
    Paw paw/papaya is great for breakfast, young coconut a day, mangoes and bananas. I also eat a huge bowl of salad a day with lots of mung bean sprouts.
    I start the day with 2 big glasses of warm water with lemon juice. Something is working, I feel better than ever.
