I'm looking for vegetables like tomatoes - I'm looking for "high water content" vegetables which lend themselves well to blending in a vitamix and making green smoothies with less pulp. I prefer to make quick drinks without the need for straining
I'm really new to this, and have no real cooking/kitchen experience, so forgive my lack of knowledge of vegetables, etc.
Can anyone help me with a suggested list of vegetables which blend well (vitamix)? Or maybe I should ask which vegetables to be careful of if I want lower pulp blended vegetable drinks.
I know I can add water but i'm looking for vegetable ideas.
