    Default Sleep like a baby

One of my side effects is that I sleep like a baby. Not just once in awhile but every night now.

I have not sleep this good sine I was a kid. Anyone else notice this after they been raw for
    a few months?

Even when I get up go to bathroom it is right back to sleeping like a baby.

l was always a chronic insomniac all my life, but the raw lifestyle fixed that within days. lncredible!
l had a terrible looking body at one time too (man boobs caused by the chemicals and hormones in animal products), but a week on raw toned it in all the right places. lncredible. You would never believe a week on raw could make such astounding changes. Raw is powerful.

    Reeeally??

I'm a chronic insomniac. Have been since I was a small child.

Well I vary between weeks of not sleeping at all/ sleeping 1-3 hours per night and between weeks of sleeping like 17hours in one day. Even when I'm not completely effected my sleep pattern is basically left a total mess.

Out of all my health problems I find this the most difficult to deal with. I just can't function at all like this, basic things like going out to buy groceries and making food are a struggle.
Wistful and pale at twenty and four. Delivering daisies.

Fresh greens are your friend. Try wheatgrass juice, chlorella and some other green sprouts for a start with various seeds. Try to keep fruit as a small part of your diet and see how it goes.

Even when l am high energy, l can lay down and be asleep after 5 - 10 minutes.

    ^ Wow.

Well I'm not a huge fan of fruit anyway. I was actually trying to lower my nut intake and up my fruit a little.

I'll try concentrating on my greens mostly though and widening my knowledge of unusual ingredients. I've never had wheat grass, I just had to google whether it was okay for gluten or not.

Chlorella... what do you do with it? Throw it in smoothies? I'm not even sure where I'd get it.

May have to look into ordering such things from online stores.

Aha! l was thinking last night, l bet PansyLo eats lots of nuts. Lots of nuts can cause an acid condition and make it harder to sleep. That's why l say to take chlorella before bed to lower acidity and aid sleep. l find it works and one feels more refreshed in the morning.

At Hippocrates Health lnstitute they give wheatgrass to patients with celiac disease and they don't have a problem because the proteins are predigested. Have it first thing in the morning, and even try to have some 30 minutes before dinner. Grow it yourself, don't buy powdered stuff.

Try this for a few months and see if things improve. lt is so good for so many things. l have made many posts about it last year. l could talk about it all week. Being a water based food that contains extremely high electromagnetic vibration, it is probably the second best discovered food on earth. Can't talk it up enough.

Chlorella will also help stabilise blood sugar levels, which will smooth out your day and give you a more even energy flow and sleep. l feel blood sugar issues could be a potential problem given your description of your issues, but l am not a doctor.
