Default sprouting and micro greens questions

in order to make juicing sprouts a significant portion of ones diet how much seed do you tend to go trough in a average month? and when it comes to micro greens is there any reason to use soil-less mix rather than decent compost?

I don't know if this will help. I juice 2 cups of alfalfa/clover sprouts daily in my green juice. So for that amount, I use 1 tablespoon seed per day for sprouting.

I've never grown microgreens, but I'd like to in the future - best wishes!

Don't you count your sunflower greens as micro-greens? I would.

You're absolutely right! I never thought of them as such - but they sure are, aren't they! (Little Beauties that they are)
