    Default Juicing while breastfeeding

    I would like to add in 1 juice drink a day while breastfeeding. I do not want to do a cleanse and do not practice a raw lifestyle. I've read about toxins getting into the breastmilk but I don't know if that happens when you are just adding in a nutritional drink once a day or just a couple times a week. I don't enough veggies and thought juicing a little would help but I don't want to cause my child any harm. If anyone could give me any insight that would be great. Thanks.

    from what I've read that should be fine and beneficial for you your body doesn't start dumping toxins unless you start fasting

    I juiced while breastfeeding. You need the extra greens to help produce the milk. If you want to make milk like a cow you have to eat like a cow. Greens and grains. enjoy your baby they grow up too fast.
