hello, my name is michelle i am 23 yrs old.
due to incredibly crazy amounts of stress i've been dealing with lately, my health has declined.. kidney problems, back issues, hypothyroidism, my weight is up and down a range of 13 lbs.. i'm moody and depressed..
i don't know what solution i have except eating raw food. i don't have time to exercise.
and also i have picked up a new bad habit... i eat junk food when i'm down.. i would like to kick that habit.
i hope this forum will help me stay focused on my health.
