    Default I finally came!

What I mean is to my home gym. I have been building a home gym for about 8 months. When I got my Max I worked on it for about a week and then the dust gathering began. Then someone gave me an eliptical machine and I started buying dumbells 5-20 lbs. ( I already had some 30s), exercise ball and rebounder. Anyway this past week I would go in there and do a set here and there telling myself I was easing into it. Well today I started a 21 day program of a full body workout every other day and areobic workout on the odd days with one day off. I just finished my first workout! I am so excited to see my newly slender body gain muscle tone.
    Peace ya'll..

Ooh, I want one! I'll build a home gym one day!
Congratulations! Feels SO good, doesn't it? I love exercise and the health it brings me; Looking better doesn't hurt either ;)

Yanno Deedub? We met what? Last summer? I was looking at your pics. You are certainly, exterally and it sounds, mentally and emotionally, not the person I met then. Congratulations on your progress. I am soooo happy for you! :)

Good for you deedub. I bought a homegym about 18 years ago (Soloflex). I still have it, and still use it, 3-4 times a week. Regardless of what homegym you build, or purchase, I think they are indespensible. Eventually, as I have matured (that is a loose interpretation) I have found the need to attend a commercial gym becomes less appealing. There is something nice about the solitude of a homegym.
