Can you all imagine the abundant world we would live in if we all planted the seeds of every plant we ate. You wouldn't be able to throw a stone without hitting a fruit tree or berry bush or some fruit/vegetable bearing plant. Imagine the bees that would thrive in such an environment. I see a world.....................

I use a dslr...Olympus E520. Nothing high end. They have nicer models now. It is just a kit lens. I usually take between 8 and 12 pics before I find one I like. Sometimes more. I "develop" the pics in Adobe Bridge and finish them in PhotoShop. This is simply setting on the countertop and has just the kitchen light and under cabinet light. But, as you know, I like to do things on the cheap....to warm up the flash and filter it, I pop up the on camera flash and then set a mini white solo cup over it. I adjust the flash strength how I like it as I shooting and it prevents glare and harsh lighting. Costs like a penny to do. heehee

I promote ghetto photography. I can afford other equipment, but where is the challenge in shooting with the best? I have to work harder and hopefully learn more. I do not yet own a single studio light. I like a good lighting challenge.

I would be tempted to get a Canon dslr because I have an older Canon manual camera and some lenses if something happens to this one. The Canon's and Nikon's shoot better at lower light conditions. This one I have makes me really work for those pics. They can be done, but it is certainly a growth opportunity, lol.

For some reason, product photography really amuses me. I promise you, this is a task for me. Nothing comes naturally to me. Some people are so gifted. I have to really work at it. Nevertheless, I really, REALLY enjoy it. I was not in the gifted line when my soul was prepared for mortal entry, lol.

    Thanks for the awesome compliment!
