So this is something I was craving. Did not have a recipe and just winged it. It came out awesome. Sorry for the lack
of precision all amounts are approximate. You can vary
anything depending your your tastes! This is also a very
pretty looking salad with all the contrasting colors.

Salad:
1 - 1 1/2 cup red/purple cabbage shredded
2-3 large collard greens shredded
4 tablespoons cilantro
red onion ( I would have used green if I had it)
2 avocados
3/4 - 1 red bell pepper

Put all above except for avocado in bowl and mix.

Dressing:
1 cup mayo (recipe below)
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1-2 teaspoons powdered garlic
1 teaspoon chinese five spice
1 teaspoon cumin
1 lime juiced
1 teaspoon cayenne (this is spicy, you can use less)
1/2 tablespoon honey
salt to taste
Start with mayo, whisk in all other ingredients.
Pour onto salad and taste. Don't have to use all of the dressing. Once your salad is dressed, place sliced avocados on
top!

Mayo (Sarahfae's recipe)
soak overnight 3/4 cups cashews
drain
in food processor add cashews
1/4 tsp salt
puree above for 2 min.
scrape sides
add:
1/4 cup grape seed oil
2 Tablespoons lemon
1 teaspoon date paste
puree 3 min.
while food processor is on add 1/4 cup water, puree for
3 minutes
put in fridge for 1 hour
