Default Who's made Alissa's chicken fingers with success??

Mine are so darn wet!!! She says it needs the orange juice and that they will be wet, but I don't understand how they'll ever dehydrate in 5-6 hours???

I've made them. Don't remember how long I dehydrated them for. But I usually dehydrate most things for a longer time than usual to make sure they are dry or stuck how they need to be.
