    Default will raw food help

Hey guys. I am really new to this so I am going to be asking a lot of questions! My first one is if raw food will help me with my sinuses. I have been having a lot of pressure and nasal congestion in my left nostril. I was wondering if I eliminated dairy and went mostly raw will this pressure and congestion go away?

When I am on SAD only one nasal canal at a time is open. That's right, most of my life I was breathing threw one side of my nose.
Now at about 70% raw both open. I noticed this years ago when I would juice raw veggies but would only clear up for a short time.

The answer is yes. Eliminating dairy will help a lot, but eliminating cooked food and going 100% raw will completely clear up your noggin.

Some people has very fast result and dramatic health improvement, others it takes a long time and patience. I am one of the long one. My sinus are still in bad shape but far much better then they ever been, especially after doing water fasting. Going raw food is the first step, then continue to upgrade your diet as you go along.

Don't go nuts with nuts. You don't want to over charge your kidney, they are very important to filter your lymph and get this inflammation out from your sinus. Go with food in your area, fruits, leafy greens, microgreens etc... Look into weed that are eatable in your area. Dandelion are amazing and you can juice it with apples and oranges.

Your first step is to eliminate what makes you sick and to replace that with raw food.

So yes, you can expect an improvement if you are one of those blessed one, you will see the result fairly fast, if not, keep cleansing and work to improve your way to approach any challenge and diet always.

Oh wow, I had baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad sinus problems. Raw has helped a lot. The doctors were not a lot of help untill one gave me tetracycline or something like that from the days of yore. That was a relief. But I can say without hesitation that raw foods helped me a lot. And I have been anything but true blue.

Give it time, but definitely expect improvement. I notice right away if I have something with dairy in it that I have sinus pressure. Dairy is on my hit list and not my friend. The fresher and simpler you keep your foods, the better you will notice your results.

    Welcome and have fun!
