Hey everyone! I am a 37 year old male with Kidney disease. I am in stage two and in decent health, but am hoping to rid myself of taking blood preasure, and gout meds. All in all I feel like the food pyramid that has been forced down our throats (literally) has twisted our views of whats healthy. I very seriously doubt I will be able to go all raw but am hoping to get as far as I can! Thanks for welcoming me.
