    Default New from Ontario, Canada!

    I'm a 30ish mom of 2! Our family is meat, or shall I say red-meat kind of family. Not a lot of veggies in our diet..

    I never thought I would even consider vegan diet.. let alone RAW vegan... but I started reading a beauty detox diet book and everything makes sense!! I know I can't totally eliminate meat in the household.. but I am hoping to learn as much as I can so I can slowly incorporate raw eating in the house.. So far, my raw brownie was a hit to both hubby and kids! :)

    I am looking for a message board where I can ask questions and glad to find this..

    Welcome, You would be suprised. Some kids will choose the healthy stuff. Mine love a salad bar where they can make there own. Hubbies are the most work. Mine just watched Fat Sick and Nearly dead. Started to juice fast just like that on his own. Good luck. There are really good recipes under raising raw kids with pictures. Enjoy.
