    Red face Make-Aheads for Post-Partum?

Hi everyone!! It's been forever since I've posted anything. I'm 30wks pregnant and starting to plan make-ahead meals for after our baby is born. Everyone tells me to make double of everything when cooking dinner and freeze the portions, but that's just not do-able with all raw food meals! I certainly haven't been 100% raw during the pregnancy - at about 6 weeks everything made me throw up except daiya (vegan) cheese and bread. It's been a steady progression towards more raw foods since then. I'm hoping post-partum will allow me to eat 100% raw again, and want to make it as EASY as possible.

I have an Excalibur, a Vitamix, and a Cuisinart. I'm not due for just over 9 weeks, but I'd like to start preparing now, so that meals when Baby is here are quick, easy, and healthy. All I can think of so far are homemade bars and fruit/veggie leathers, and maybe even freezing green smoothie "kits" that I can just throw in and blend with water.

Any help or resources would be much appreciated!!!

Congrats, I fell off of the Wagon at 5 months. My son is 2 almost 3 getting back on. Smoothies are definitely the easiest. I craved salads and celery juice post partum. Bannanas and fruits are easy. I used to cut up the bannana cover it with honey. Nuts and seeds you can make seed bars but not sure how long they will keep.

Freezing greens and fruits for smoothies. Congrats on your blessing.

You could make raw breads and crackers and store them in the refrigerator (I would make them no more then a few weeks out from your due date). You could make come cultured nut cheeses and freeze them until you need them. You could freeze some grapes to snack on too..
