    Default Frozen Avocado at Trader Joe's

    I was surprised to see frozen Haas avocado halves in a bag at TJ's. Has anyone ever tried these?

    If they are vacuum sealed, yes, I've tried them and they're icky! The package says 100% avocado, but there is DEFINITELY something on them. The ones I got were in the refrigerated section of the grocery store, and I bought them for a road trip thinking it would be so convenient. Why didn't I just buy a whole avocado??

    I have never seen that at TJ's before, is it a new thing? That sounds pretty icky though lol frozen avocados. Next they will offer baked avocados then freeze dried I suppose. The things we as a species do to our food amazes me lol.
