    Default Making Sorbert With Juicer

    Hello all! I just ordered my first juicer (an Omega 8003) and I'm excited to try out the sorbet function. Question: Is it possible to add coconut milk during the homogenization process to give the sorbet a more creamy ice cream like texture? Thanks!!

    I find it is much easier to make sorbets in my high-speed blender than my juicer. I have a Vita-Mix. And if it means anything, I make sev'l diff't kinds of milks in ice cubed trays, including coconut milk, and throw it in to make it creamier.

    All I can say, is try it! Just add a little so as not to make it too watery, and let us know how it goes!

    Thanks! I was thinking freezing then putting through the machine would be best. Can't wait to try it out! Will post back when I do.
