You can find many info. Here is a youtube here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o5kdIaD2QSY

You can hang you bag on a door knob and simply lay down on your floor. Play some nice suiting music.
I use a coconut oil to lubricate the insert tube.
Make sure the lock is at reach of your hand once this is insert in you, to be able to control on/off. If i hang the bag on my bar shower, the pressure of the water is much quicker, so i pinch the hose to control the amount of water that come in. I stop a little if i have contraction (desire to go to the bathroom), relax and breath, then pursue to let all the water in.

All of the time you are position on your four members (knee and shoulder).

Once the water is all in, Lay on your back, bring your hill close to you and elevate your posterior. Your can massage your colon, by using the pam of your hand, do little circle from the bottom right to up (ascending colon), across (transverse colon), from the top left to down (descending colon)

Turn on your right a little, turn on your left a little, Reposition on your back. Try to hold as much you can.

I have this 1.5 litre enema as the youtube, i am considering to get at least a 2 litre, i find this isn't enough water.

I found a site that have all kind of enema, they have enema in their web address. I won't necessary buy from them, but it is nice to see what is available.

    All the best!
    Blessings and love

I ordered an enema bag Amazon for $11. Its 1 quart in size. I don't have time to get them done either. Google home colonic kits there are so many available. Peace.

Can you cleanse without enemas? I really hate them with a passion.

I have a colema board, which would have cost the same if I went to 4 professional colonic sessions. http://www.therawfoodworld.com/index...r3en3dggmqijr7

It helped with my detox greatly.

In my experience and in my research, colonics are more effective than enema's. It's also more comfortable cus you're not trying to retain the water so that you can irrigate further into your colon like with an enema.

I too have the colema board. And it has also helped me detox greatly, it is a great tool to have in my opinion.

Can you all imagine the abundant world we would live in if we all planted the seeds of every plant we ate. You wouldn't be able to throw a stone without hitting a fruit tree or berry bush or some fruit/vegetable bearing plant. Imagine the bees that would thrive in such an environment. I see a world.....................
