Default College student new to raw food

Hi! My name is Britt and I'm a 21 year old full-time college student who eats way too much cheese. I blame it on living in the dairy state :) I'm not vegan or vegetarian, but I hope to cut back on my dairy consumption because I know that my arteries are going to thank me later. I'm interested in adopting a raw diet, but not completely 100%. I used to be a processed food junkie my first 20 years of life, but now I look for whole foods and make most of my food from scratch. I love making smoothies and I've been increasing my fruit and veggie intake. What I'm worried about is losing weight because I'm already naturally thin (5'4" and 111 lbs). What are some raw foods that would give me enough calories to sustain myself? Most people my age don't like to talk about health food, so that's why I'm here :)

my opinion is making nut and seed mylks in blender by grinding seeds such as hemp - sesame - almond - pumpkin - sun flower - etc then adding water to make a high protein + good fat drink . in most cases you strain out the seed pulp after blending . to this mylk you can add fruit to make taste however want . adding banana i think helps add eight too .
and alot of avacado + sesame seeds + chopped walnuts in salads to hearty them up

It sounds like you'd love macadamia nuts! They are a great substitute for that "cheesy" taste when eating raw. Mixing tomatoes and mac nuts, (with maybe a little sea salt) in a food processor makes for a great dip you can eat with raw veggies!
