    Red face hello

    Hello I am Ryan aka GeekyWarrior,
    I am 30 single male wiccan. A friend of mine lost over a 100 pounds on raw ,and has kept it off. When she started dateing her boy friend Richard he was in pretty good shape. He would work out like crazy ,but never could gain good muscle tone or six pack abs. She got him to go raw know he looks sculpted I would never say male model material with 6 pack abs that i know evny lol.
    I can no argue with the results.
    I myself in pagan, geek ,and I plan on start muay thai as soon as I have the money for it.

    I hope to learn saw very very simple ways to do raw. I am not a good cook.

    Hi everyone, seems like this is a very interesting forum. I’m a newbie here and hopefully I’ll be able to participate in some threads/discussions since I like to discuss things that I am familiar with. I want to share my learnings and hopefully learn from all of you. I’m almost excited here.
