Unhappy Fallen off the wagon and desperate

About a year ago, I had to make some big moves in my life(good moves, actually, but hard) and fell right off the raw wagon. I had lost a huge amount of weight on this wonderful diet(100lbs) and now I've gained quite a lot back. I know I should smile and get right back on it, but when I look at myself, it's so distressing. I have a bit of a problem going outside in the first place, so gaining weight and looking and feeling hideous has just made it worse. Stupid me. I have no excuse.

Well, firstly, be kind to yourself! And remember, if you went raw and lost weight before, you know for sure that you can do this and that it will work for you. The way I see it, there are two ways you can do this: one, you could slowly start to transition by eating more and more raw food; or two, you could decide that come hell or high water, you're just gonna jump back onto that wagon and just start right now doing all raw. I know that for me, saying that I'm going to do something a day or two from now never really works so well, and the idea of transitioning doesn't really work for me either (I never end up transitioning and just keep the same nasty habits).. there's no time like the present! I know it feels icky right now, but it's amazing what even a few days of eating healthy foods can do. You will feel better so quickly and some of those yucky feelings will start to go away just because you know you're doing the right thing to make your body healthier. Whatever you decide, we'll be here to help you along. :-)

Thank you so much for the sweet words! Now I'm crying again, but it's for a good reason!

I've always been better at jumping into something with both feet, so I'll go to all-raw. I sort of dread the "de-tox" part of it, but maybe it won't be as bad as the first time I went raw. Again, thank you very much!
