wow Cathy they sounds like some super yummy treats!

    today
Green smoothie - bananas, blueberries, mango and spinach.
    small salada for lunch
    apple, clementine and orange
salad for dinner with toms, avo and sesame seeds

feeling a bit of that emotional urge again this evening. I don't know whether mild mood swings could be detox?

I got my package from Kaia Foods, and I'm so excited!! They were having a coupon for $30 worth of food for $15.00
I ordered.... Kale Chips in three flavors... Quite Cheezy, Cheesy, and CHOCKALET Chip. The chocolate ones look amazing!! Their ingredients are
Kale, Pumpkinn Seeds, Coconut Palm Sugar, Cacao Butter, Cacao Powder, Himalayan Crystal Salt, and Vanilla. All their ingredients are organic.
I have bought from this company before and have been very satisfied.
I also got some Sprouted Buckwheat Granola, and some Oh So Fudgie Raweo dehydrated cookeis. These look amazing. The ingredients are Organic Almonds, Organic Honey, Organic Cashews, Carob, Organic Coconut, Organic Cinnamon. I will have to save these for special days ;)
I'll be back later to report my day, but just wanted to share my goodies with everyone.
    Cathy

Can I come over for a visit Cathy?

Okay, I don't know if it's detox, but I have a horrible cold, and two canker sores ouch!
It's the third time in a couple of months, what's going on?? Is it because of the detox?

So I had carrot orange apple and celery juice for breakfast, green salad with onions and broccoli sprouts for lunch, and a few bananas and clementines for dinner. I also had two raw chocolate bars, and they gave me a tummy ache, oh well they were really tasty though.

I'm beat. I put the kids to bed, finished all the dishes etc, and I'm soooo going to bed now. Goodnight everyone!

SURE!! I would love to have all of you come over and share the goodies :)
I love their foods, and the kale chips were so fresh, the best I have ever had!!
I will be ordering from them again for sure!!
You should check out the website, they look like a really legit, organic company. I know that their foods are DELISH!! ;)

Chia Pudding, Lucuma Powder, 2 Bananas, Rawtella
    Buckwheat Granola
    Kale Chips
Soaked Almonds, and Cashews (I was making some raw ranch, and almond milk, so I snacked on the almonds and cashews)
I was making homemade Kale chips for the rest of the week so I ate some of the sauce that I coat them with.
A little more of the Buckwheat Granola. I have never had sprouted buckwheat before. It is very good!!
    Chia Pudding, Lucuma, Banana

I have 5 dehydrator trays full of Cheezy Kale Chips and they are making the whole house smell so good!! Even my family is enjoying the aroma ;)
My mom is wanting me to bring her some to try. She tried making some in the oven, but she said she overcooked them and they weren't that good.
I told her that baking them and dehydrating them are so different, and that once she tries the dehydrated ones she will never want the baked ones
    again.

    Goodnight!!
    Cathy

I meant to tell you that the place that I got the coupon from was a weekly groupon type deal, but it's for Vegan businesses.
I can't attach the link, but if you go to www.vegancuts.com you can sign up there for the deals. They have all kinds of deal, not just on food.

Thanks for all the great information, cathy! I'm definitely checking them out -- I've yet to have a single store-bought raw food treat or chip, i think i'm ready...

I've also got trying sprouted buckwheat on my to-do list..... and i also want to try sprouting lentils to add to salad. There are so many new foods and products to try when you go raw, i've been taking it REALLY slow hahahhaaa!

Yesterday my appetite was good and i had an EXCELLENT eating day:

    one quart orange/grapefruit juice
massaged kale salad w grated carrots, sprouts, chopped green cabbage
incredible smoothie w spinach, frozen bananas, cashews, cinnamon, agave
    guacamole in green cabbage leaves

I'm finally about over that awful cold, dropping weight and feeling AMAZING! Grateful to have you all to share this journey

Good Morning Everybody.Ive decided not to fast for a while the detox is just to much for me to handle right now. I have to rethink my diet now. My fridge is stocked for juicing. I will still make juice. Not feeling salads right now. So I guess I will do alot of fruits till Monday. Today so far two banannas. I want to do one day with all grapes and water.

Tracey a day of just oranges is also a good fast, and oranges are yummy too!

Does anyone know if cold sores are a sign of detox? It's driving me insane. And I know they are a sign of a weak immune system, and I was hoping I was getting stronger not weaker, so I'm really feeling down...

I did get some when I was on the juice fast. My gums turned bright red. I took it for the virus being cleansed from my body. My mouth was pretty sore. They didn't last long about 3 days. I read about oil pulling. Put coconut oil in your mouth and swish around 20 minutes first thing in the morning. I swished in the afternoon and it relieved my sore gums. When you first feel a sore put an icecube on it to freezes the virus keeps the sore from getting bigger. Since eating mostly raw I really haven't had a problem with them. :)

Yeah, best not to push yourself, tracey -- you'll know when you're ready to fast again. You'll start to CRAVE it, the precious.... hahahahahaa! Let me know how the GLA works.

Just wanted to share that I saw a youtube video this raw woman made about what she eats in a day and I think I'm going to try it for a while! Every day she tries to have one green juice, one green smoothie, and one green salad. Then she fits in everything else around that. But I thought that sounded like such a great plan!

Lucy, I think cold sores are definitely signs of detox. Oil pulling is great for that and also just putting aloe vera gel on them can really help a lot too. My son gets terrible canker sores and we keep an aloe vera plant just exclusively for him!

    Thanks girls!
I already do oil pulling once a day, but I ran out of sesame seed oil. Is olive oil okay? Coconut makes me gag cause it's solid now at this temperature.
I guess it must be detox, because at the same time my cravings are really strong. But I'm stronger

Carrot, orange, apple, green and red cabbage juice for breakfast
Big green salad and smoothie with banana, broccoli sprouts, and apple juice for lunch
    a handful of cashews
A few tablespoons of cashew butter
Another green salad with lots of olives for dinner.

I made chia pudding for tomorrow

Lucy, I'm the chia pudding queen ;) I can't seem to get enough of it.

Had a rough day today health wise, and didn't have a good doctor's visit. They are almost 100% sure that we are dealing with a Secondary Hypothyroid
coming from the Pituitary. We are going to rule out a pituitary tumor with a MRI. That will be done next week.

I fasted all day till I got home around 5:30 this evening. I was going to fast the whole day, but I got home and fixed the rest of the family supper and it
smelt so good that I grabbed my jar of homemade kale chips and went to town.
A few hours later I had my chia pudding with lucuma powder and a banana.
    That's all for today.

    Night <3

cathy I'm so sorry to hear about the doctor's visit. Sending prayers for good results on your MRI!!

    Another delish eating day yesterday:

    one quart orange/grapefruit juice
    a banana
massaged kale salad w grated carrot, sprouts and chopped cabbage
amazing smoothie w spinach, bananas and cashews
walnut pate and sprouts in cabbage leaf wraps

I've decided to begin another juice fast on Friday. I'm over my cold and almost out of produce, so the shopping I do today will be for juicing: lots of oranges and grapefruit, carrots, cukes, celery, apples, lemons and kale. Also tomatoes and pineapple and hot chili peppers!

    YUM...... cannot wait to begin!

    Enjoy your juice fast qwerty!
breakfast: carrot juice, celery apple orange juice
lunch: vanilla and almond milk chia pudding, and a few tbs of cashew butter (YUMMY)
dinner (I had dinner quite early today, but I woke up early and I was hungry, so I'll probably have two dinners today lol)
cauliflower rice with cashew cheese sauce, green salad with pesto dressing, some black olives and orange and grapefruit juice
It was actually a really tasty and satisfying meal! I totally love pesto!!
I plan to have some raw chocolate later on, and either some fruit, or more chia pudding.

I'm happy because my son had pretty much the same things I did today, but tiny portions. He hasn't had any cooked food today at all. It's easier with little kids. I find it harder with my daughter who's five.

Cathy I found a website it was raw food for hypothyroidism. I found it on BING.

I love the CHIA pudding too. I just ordered a 3lb bag from amazon. Ive been so lazy I don't feel like dragging the kids to whole foods. I also ordered GLA and almond butter The almond butter is $13.00 for 16 ozjar at WF its $22. I subscribed.

I was watching Freelee last night on u-tube and she eats tons of fruits pretty much all fruits. She has her before and after picture posted on this site. So for the next week Im going to eat 75% fruits the rest seeds and greens. Maybe some almond butter. Has anybody done this ??? What were your results??

Today so far 2 banannas, 1 orange.
Lunch is a platter of pineapple, oranges, blueberries, and red peppers. (This was my dinner last night).
Dinner probably grapes I seem to be craving them.

I've had a banana and some homemade applesauce for breakfast. I've had headaches off and on all week, but I assume that's part of detox and just getting all the crap out. It's been really hard for me not to take tylenol because I'm so used to that and I hate pain. But I've just been uping my water intake and hoping it gets better in a few days.
