You are so lucky to have help preparing such a yummy treat.

Had an ok day today, my emotions were off kilter, not fun! But wasn't hungry until around lunch time, had some celery with almond butter, a big yummy garden salad for lunch, and more celery with almond butter in the evening, just wasn't hungry today. Fought off some cravings, especially with my emotions running so high, I'd usually junk out on these days, so yay me for getting through it!

Hope everyone had a good one!

    Angry Day 2

Last night, I had plenty of stool elimination maybe due to all of the water and orange juice. Today, I had the same elimination in the morning after drinking a liter of oranges that I juiced. This evening I had the taste for cucumbers, celery, and spinach juice. (yummy). I'm drinking two liters of water today.

I am so excited to jump on board for January. I am getting in a few days late (so I'll go into February)... But that's alright. I haven't decided what I'll have for supper yet tonight, but I had an apple for breakfast (wasn't very hungry) a huge salad for lunch and a banana for a snack. I've been eating really light lately anyway, so that was a good amount of food for me. I can't wait to really get in the groove and share all the good stuff that happens with you all!

Day 3 for me and 100% so far. Had a good day again. Yummy smoothie this morning, gorgeous salad for lunch, dehydrated kale for a snack at work. Just got home from work and I'm eating a pear. Will make nut cheese to stuff into some peppers for lunch tomorrow.

I'm inspired reading about everyone's successes and hope all of you keep feeling good.

Today I had green juice with celery, granny smith apple, lots of Kale, myer lemon, and fresh ginger.
Later I had a huge (38+oz) green smoothie with rainbow swiss chard, yellow delish. apple, 2 navel oranges, frozen bananas, and goji berry powder.
Tonight I ate 2 navel oranges.

Still trying to get answers about the thyroid and adrenals. I had more test done, and they all came back abnormal. I have to meet with the endo. next week to see if it could be a pituitary problem that is affecting my thyroid. Prayers appreciated.

Today was good.. banana and a few walnuts for breakfast, carrot salad for lunch (shredded carrots mixed with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and a few supposedly raw raisins), and a big green salad for dinner. I also ate a couple of asian pears which are oh so good right now. Mmmmm....

Cathy, good luck with your doc visits.. hope all goes well!

On day 4. Water fasted until about 8:30pm, also yesterday. The one mistake I made today was not soaking my seeds long enough, they made me kind of windy, not good for the candida. Otherwise a successful day, tomorrow is another water fasting day. Woot wooooot. Where is my detox? It peaked out yesterday really intensely at 2:30 am, then I had some tea and it left... Think I should of kept it around.
Feeling a bit detached from my goals right now. It's those early day blueess

My new Omega J8400 arrived. WOW!!!!! What an easy machine to assemble and then clean. And so quiet.
Before, I would yell to my husband, "NOISE!" and so he and the cat would know when I was about to turn on the juicer.
This time, we were amazed at how quiet the omega is. and it's fast, I thought it would be much slower. I wasn't
looking forward to chopping, but it was also quick.

Yesterday, computer issues, so my menu was:
    oranges, tangerine juice, grapefruit
lunch was sweet potato and the coconut macaroons I dehydrated. came out too dry, but still yummy.
dinner was veggie juice (first time using the omega), carrot, apple, celery, cuke, lemon
and i had the apple pie I dehydrated with the leftover coconut as crust.
snack later was a couple of cuties

will have to plan bigger meals. not enough calories. From when I started last year to now I lost 12 lbs.

can't afford anymore, could even stand to gain a couple of lbs. the loss was mostly from doing the juice fast
and had to stop because of the weight loss, couldn't injest enough calories.

today I started (hubbies been joining me) orange juice from citrus juicer and added to juiced apple,
    strawberries, blueberries. Delicious!

Going out for lunch, so will have a salad.

Going to do major shopping so I'll be able to have some veggie juice for dinner, and figure out
what else I can eat to have enough calories.

    fruit as snack in eve.

I'll have to wait until the weekend to do dehydrating for next week. So, I'll be more prepared.

Have a fun filled, peaceful day, everyone!

Oh, forgot to ask - does anyone have an automatic sprouter - if so, which one ?
I'm not good at doing it freehand, so want my next toy to be an automatic sprouter.

Today was a great raw day!
I have decided not to get all fancy with my meals. Well, for a while anyway, boredom is sure to hit sometime and motivate me to whip up some recipes!

In the meantime, I am enjoying my food just as it comes.

    2 bananas
    bunch of grapes
    handful of almonds
    3 spears of asparagus
    1 mango
    1 avo

Another overly emotional day, hope this ends soon!

Changeisgood: That's funny about your noisy juicer! I can sooo relate! Glad your new one is better :)

Had a yummy smoothie this morning: banana, kiwi, watermelon, pears, and spinach, made it too big and couldn't finish it. Lunch was a big salad, again too big! So not sure how I'll feel about dinner, my stomach is saying sllloooowww down, it needs time to stop digesting!!, maybe just some juice.

Did get in my hooping though, even though I didn't feel much like exercise, so that's a good thing.
