Who wants to begin 2012 with a 30 day raw food challenge?
Who's in for the thirty day challenge for January?
I think I will jump in for January. Have been eating mostly raw since getting sick toward the end of last year (after 5 months all raw). But I think I want to give 100% raw another chance, and not eat as many processed raw foods.. just stick to a simpler diet and hopefully all will be well! So we'll see how it goes for January. Point being, I'm in!
I'll be joining all of you.
This will be a hard month to do it because we have 3 family birthdays and our anniversary in Jan.
But, I know I must stick to a VERY clean and raw diet to get my health back up and running.
I hope all of you had a very Merry Christmas and have a Happy New Year!!
I do, I sooo do. I've tried so many times here o_o Have trouble getting through the detox. But try try again
I'm in for a 30-day raw challenge! This is just what I need to reset for the new year!
Im already preparing. Im getting raw snacks and supplies ready. I'm going to make some dehydrate nori rolls for my snack.
I'm in for January! Made it through Xmas potluck intact - yay!
I am brand new to this site today, been transtioning to raw since right after Thanksgiving. I am interested in the challenge where can I learn more about it?
I'm in too!
I just joined the site today and I wanted to start the new year out raw so this is perfect for me. I will join you on the 30 day raw food challenge. I was raw for a while but reverted back to eating foods with little to no live enzymes. However, all of the problems slowly surfaced. So, I want to go and stay raw this time around. Family can be the biggest challenge, whew!!!!
Yes, I'm in for January and beyond!!!!
I'm definitely in! It's been a tough, difficult year for me...health scare in May/June (uterine cancer) and yo-yoing back and forth since then. I was feeling let down, and defeated...and thus reverted to old habits. I'm definitely ready to make a fresh start.
"Good writing is supposed to evoke sensation in the reader--not the fact that it is raining, but the feeling of being rained upon."
I'm in!! This new "raw" year will bring a great many things. I'm excited, anxious, nervous, scared, ecstatic, joyful, etc.. A fire ball of emotions about continuing my journey with even more determination and faith than I've ever felt before.
Good luck to you all!
Genesis 1:12 And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind,
and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind:
and God saw that it was good.

not because it is far away and canít be reached but because it is so intimately close,
closer than anything that can be spoken." - Gangaji
I am in! Good luck everyone. I am so glad to have others doing this with me.
I am so in....body has been craving some "normalcy" again...keeping it simple though, mainly fruits veggies and not so much nuts and specialty items...simple is key..I think. =).
Glad to join y'all..
