Yay! Congratulations... doesn't it feel great? It's been four months for me and the longer I go raw, the less I want to eat cooked food. It feels so easy. And the weight loss just happens.

    Can't wait to see photos!

Can't wait to see them! Great job. 15 pounds less must feel great!

and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind:
and God saw that it was good.

Unfortunately, I'm in the middle of a move and cam is packed up! I can't seem to get them to send from my phone either! Sheesh! The ONE time I documented my weight loss I can't PROVE it, lol!

Jeez, I hope I posted this right. This is the only photo I'm able to do.... This is the AFTER, lol. And I'm now down 22 pounds. I feel a heck of a lot lighter without the dumb body issues that used to hold me back.

I think the weight loss is just an attribute to how deep I really was in SAD. Fried foods nearly every day! Now it's just lots of fruits veggies and spare on the nuts and seeds. I eat a half to a whole avocado a day, practically. As far as working out I walk and do some weights. I really don't obsess about how much I'm eating, I'm just eating when I'm hungry and stopping when I'm satisfied. Funny how that satisfied point comes a lot sooner than when I was eating SAD..... I just kept shoveling and shoveling it in! What the heck was I doing?!
