Default Looking for some Juice Feasting buddies :-)

    Hi Everyone,
I've decided to go on a long juice feast - at least 30 days, possibly longer if all goes well. Anyone want to join me? We can
check in with each other everyday, report on what's happening, get advice, etc. I have water fasted before but this will be my first juice feast - thanks!

I would love to but I just worked my way up to 3 days. There is a fasting thread which has great support. There is also the Monday Fasting Club. Look there its a great thread.

I had a pint of apple, carrot and lemon this morning. So refreshing. I don't have a juicer that does leafy greens which is a pity. I'd like to add some green and the best I can do with the juicer I've got is celery which is really not what i'd call green!
