I just realized with starting fasts in November and eating raw I've really slowed down in a way. I don't have many obligations during the winter, I work in spurts (4 days on/10 days off). It's getting cold outside and it feels right to stay inside where it's warm and wait the winter out. At first this concept sounded really bad to me but now I'm starting to think it might not be so bad since that is what animals do. It's too bad our modern society doesn't allow for us to hibernate. I wish I could. But I have to work to pay the bills of course and can't leave my car parked in the same spot all winter...I have a treadmill in my apartment so I can stay fit and I'll still be going to my dance classes.
I hope to have more energy once I'm more adjusted to this diet.
Anyone else notice they slow down during the winter?
