    Default Hi! I am Vegan and 50-80% Raw..lol!

    Howdy!! I have been a Vegan for a little over 2 yrs. I became a Vegan just to clear up my skin...lol. It worked, but I also learned soo much more then how to have clear skin. Its been a great journey.

    I love raw food...but find it hard to be 100% raw...mostly due to working a 9-5. Im lookin forward to gettin and sharing ideas!!

    There are a lot of raw foods that are easy to pack if you need snacks throughout the day. Think fresh fruit, bananas, raw nuts, dried fruit, veggie trays.

    I always bring a piece of fruit and a small container of dried fruit and nuts/seeds to work, as well as a large thermos of water (usually with a bit of juiced lemon or ginger added), and that keeps me satisfied. I also get up early enough that I know I will be able to have breakfast. Tonight I am making collard green rolls for dinner and I will make a couple extra so I can take them for lunch tomorrow.

    I hope this gives you some ideas!

    Water with ginger sounds very good! How do you make the collard green rolls? They sound good...lol
    So have you been able to stick to raw lately, then?
