I always bring a piece of fruit and a small container of dried fruit and nuts/seeds to work, as well as a large thermos of water (usually with a bit of juiced lemon or ginger added), and that keeps me satisfied. I also get up early enough that I know I will be able to have breakfast. Tonight I am making collard green rolls for dinner and I will make a couple extra so I can take them for lunch tomorrow.
