Smile just found out I was pregnant

Hi! ... I just found out I am pregnant with my third child. I'm already 80-90 % raw and want to keep on and maybe even improve my raw percentage while pregnant. Now I'm just wondering if there are better foods for pregnancy? I am pretty much juice, salads, sprouts, fruit with some raw nuts thrown in. Should I just eat as much as I want? Will that be enough nutrients for bub. I am so totally turned off meat at the moment and eggs not that I ate them often before but now they just repulse me. Any advice would be much appreciated.

    thanks Michelle

just some things that my nurse midwife mentioned to me for my pregnancy ... make sure u are getting enough protien (animo acids ) , iron ...spinach with tomatoes (vitamen c to help absorb the iron in ur spinach ) or oranges ... i eat these daily , nettle tea if u drink it (high iron) and a proboitic (im using a raw coconut probiotic from the whole foods in my area . so far these are the only things that have been a concern for the nurse midwife . i have a large amount of greens daily (green smoothies or a gaint salad ) , i make a two liter of almond mylk daily for the calicum and yes i drink the whole thing , plenty of fruit (oranges helped me with the sick feeling ) and i have found from quite a few sources that raw ginger is a natural birth deterrent , meaning u might very well miscarry (i did at 17 yrs old ) , others may not agree with me , but i would prefer to be safe then sorry . i also am not taking any prenatals and feel great !!! my baby is growing perfectly and the nurse midwife says im right on schedule ... good luck to u and i hope that u are able to stay raw during ur pregnancy !!!! oh and dont forget ur water !!!! try to drink at least two liters a day !!!!
