    Default pumpkin juice

    I have heaps of pumpkin to use up .... so I tried juicing it. Wonderful! I have a bag full of chopped up cinderella pumpkin. So, I juiced a mixture of pumpkin, apple and pineapple. I sprinkled a bit of cinammon on top .... delicious. The juice was very smooth and a beautiful "dreamsicle" color (this cinderella pumpkin flesh was quite a bright orange).

    I put the juicing pulp in my worm farm, but I'm sure it could be used in a pumpkin bread or bar of some kind.
