I enjoyed mine quite a bit! It was very stormy here, and it was nice not to have food issues to deal with.
I'm making my weekly flax crackers right now. A few people at work have tried them and are raving.
People have said I could market them, they are so good. Pretty cool! I just wing it with the ingredients but it's some combination of sweet/hot.

ate cooked food for thanxgiving , tasted great as im currently sick of salads .
and though it tasted good the next day my throat / g.i. tract felt like it was coated with a foreign substance ,
which i realize that if i keep eating same way itd keep getting worse while ide keep getting softer .
so days of cheating on diet work for me here n there , but after doing so i crave fasting to wash out
all the unburnable pollution i swamped cells with

cranberries just got in stores fresh so its orange n cranberrie juice this fast which im starting soon as i munch
    on a little salad

I'm in for this Monday. Got off to a slightly late start yesterday but feeling good. Not sure how long I'll fast as yet.

I'm here too. Same as last week - Saturday dinner was last food eaten. My stomach is feeling weird today, hopefully will resolve itself. I did eat a few things this week that are off my usual fare. Tomorrow evening, I have a 2 hour shift at a local acupuncture clinic, answering phones and filing. I may eat before going there. I have time to think about what kind of crackers to make this week. i think I made my best batch ever this past week!

I don't normally get a headache on the first day of fasting. It's not unbearable but it's not pleasant. I wonder if i was not hydrated enough going into this fast? Drinking plenty of water to see if that helps.

When you say weird, what do you mean?

I felt nauseous off and on all day. Too much bile going on or something. It's better today, but maybe some peppermint tea would be a good thing.

Sounds decidedly bileous Snowshoe. I get that after a few days water only but juice always sorts that for me.

it's only the specifics that have been removed. The essence of your post remains but if you feel you must go then that is up to you. Take a break for a while or move on. Whatever is best for you.
