I was wondering about nut/seed milk on a fast. I have some seasame seeds and sunflower to make milk. What a yummy treat on a fast. Ended my fast with Kale chips now I feel bloated full and yucky so today only water till noon. Maybe tea if I feel for it.

    See you next week. :)

Day 2 went well. Ran my juicer a few times - apple, orange & ginger. Tomorrow will be a green drink day. Might go a few days longer, we'll see.

Day 3 is a beautiful Autumn day. I like this idea of a series of short fasts, but the longer fast really seems appealing having gotten to this point. Hmmm... See you all next week if not before!

Getting ready to welcome Monday. I'm still fasting from last week and will do one more day before hitting smoothies on Tuesday. Where's everyone else at?

It's Sunday morning and I'm already in. For me, fasting has to begin at the start of the day. At my job, I work 3 on 3 off, 4 on 4 off, so this week the fast will be Sun - Tue. That's the plan anyway.

It's a beautiful Monday morning. Day 2 of 3 for me. I like these short fasting runs - doesn't seem to take too much out of you. Just had a big orange green blueberry smoothie and off for an acupuncture treatment.

Monday is almost over here and my magic bullet has not arrived yet so rather than break the fast with smoothies as planned, I will continue to juice.

started last nite midnight and owe at least 48 this week

the good old fashioned ice water and coffee fast 48 ;-)

if go further juicing apples or tomatoes as crops in ,
though getting good price on pineapple around town so that could happen too

its my contention regular / weekly short fasts more effective , though takes longer for results ,
than less frequent long fasts as the weekly short fasts help keep appetite from growing out
of control and thusly gets one in a groove of eating only enough rather than too much .
plus also helps keep ones cravings for unhealthy foods in check as when withdrawing from eating
weekly makes you every time you return to eating completely appreciate basic raw foods which
helps from drifting into not appreciating them when on a run of constant eating you get bored
of them and start wanting your old cooked slow poison garbage

I remember many many years ago waking up after a night of partying and thinking with horror, "OMG I think I ordered something from an Infomercial." Luckily for me it was the Magic Bullet Blender, and it has served me well for a long time. I've used it for many things, but nowadays I like it for grinding up flax seeds, and for a quick smoothie. I just used it moments ago! I might even need to replace one of the blades as the bottom is getting chewed up from use over time. Amazon has them.

MR - I do believe you are correct. Spiraling out of control should be preventable with this approach.

next step , and a huge step earthlings have to focus on , is what is the perfect yearly eating schedule / diet

let me start with one point i'll argue for = a perfect eating schedule doesnt involve eating 365 days per ,
it'll be realized eventually perfect eating schedule is tens of days at minimum short of 365 days .
and ide bet huge coin as time goes forward itll be discovered eating every other day is way better
than every day for full grown adults . the growing / young eating more often

also huge coin on 48 hour fast every week and eating raw vegan other 120 shall be a GREAT LONG TERM SCHEDULE,
and people that live by it shall way outlast those eating every day

were no where near perfecting diet

Breaking my fast tonight at 6:00 pm - I feel lighter than before. I am not weighing myself these days. If I do, it just becomes a fixation that I don't need. Till next week!
