I was raw for about 8months a few years ago. I felt great then changes in my life happened. I went back to eating junk. No I am transisitioning back to raw. After Thanksgiving I am going to attempt a 3 day juice fast. I don't have very much time to shop for produce anymore. I have 2 jobs and 2 kids. I need the raw energy now more than ever. There is a new farmers market that just opened and its open till 6 pm. So i can stop quickly there when I need to. Black Friday is going to be my GREEN FRIDAY. I am going to go stock up on my staples. Almond butter, flax, coconut, and greens. I am excited to get that raw energy back.
