Hello, Im pregnant with a due date only a few weeks away. Im trying to plan out how to do this safely while Im breast feeding. I would like to go on a fresh squeezed fruit and veg diet around 2 months after delivery. Im planning on going raw before doing this so its not a dramatic change and so I dont pass toxins into my milk through detoxing. Im just wondering how I should go about it. I really dont eat red meat, chicken or eggs. The only meat I really eat is turkey. I drink rice milk, really the only issues I have ever had in the past with going raw is I love cheese. I would just love some advice on how to transition to raw without having any issues with my breast milk. This isnt something I can talk to my doc about cause I know she will tell me I need to eat dairy which I know is not true. I read from another breastfeeding mother "cows dont need dairy to make milk and neither do we" I thought that was a very good point. well any tips would be very appreciated, thanks!
