Default Hunter - Starting a new regimen

Hi, I am new to the raw food regimen. I am an eighteen year old student, tree hugger, and artist (the avatar was drawn by me)

I have been inspired to change my diet after I drank goat's milk and discovered that I did not get an adverse reaction to it. It made me think, "Maybe I can change my diet and improve my life. Maybe I do not have to live this way, with tiredness, thinness, and bad skin."

I have recently realized that I may be intolerant (but not allergic) to gluten and dairy. Suddenly, all the food I had was rendered inedible for me. I had to do grocery shopping all over again, and gave my food away to my roommates and friends. I have read about raw food having 'live' components compared to the 'dead' components of cooked food, thus I am trying something new.

I have already cut off dairy and tried soaking walnuts before eating, which was both beneficial. I used to get bad reactions from nuts and hated nuts, but this was buttery good. I have also tried oil pulling, which virtually eliminated my oral odor to zero. So, I have a lot of hope for raw food regimen.

I aspire to make my life a little bit happier. I pray that I will become stronger, taller, heavier, with clear skin and more energy.
