    Default Juicing Frozen Veggies

    The queston i have is do you lose alot of the nutrition if you take frozen veggies thaw them and tyhen juice them. Examle spinach i am looking for cost effective alternatives.

    It was my understanding that most frozen vegetables are not actually technically "raw" because they have been blanched before freezing.

    Yes and I believe freezing foods decreases enzymes & possibly nutritional value as well. I don't know but IMO I don't think juicing frozen veggies would be worth it. I think it'd be better to just juice a smaller amount of fresh if you can't afford a lot of fresh.
