I'm learning a lot here. Danke schon Beste, Revvell and Likestoswim. Being raw since Jan I initially lost weight which had been a real struggle for me all because I have hypoglycia and I'm scared of being hungry with blood sugars and all. Going raw helped put my blood sugars on balance but I'm still cautious. I also have a rare disorder which is auto-immune and inflammatory. (In April I found out I'm highly allergic to bananas, and moderately allergic to brocolli, mushrooms and cranberries -some of my mainstays on the raw food diet. I wonder what that had been doing to my system.)
My weight loss has come to a stop and I want to continue on with this food regime. I've been trying to find out if juicing is more healthy than eating raw. I understand about losing all the pulp when juicing (can't see the benefit to that) but never considered the benefit of adding all the liquid, nor the reduction in snacking on nuts -that's my downfall. So juicing it is. Thanks all.
