Thread: fast and mc

    Default fast and mc

I want to do a fast and wondering if anyone would care to join me?

Also if I start feeling like I cant continue the fast I will switch over to master cleanse...Ive read of the mc ingredients and wondering if everyone uses the exact same ing. So if you guys could share your version of mc that would be nice. In one place I read to not vary the amount on lemon juice per glass...anyone know why and is it really that important?

thanks for your feedback and someone come join me!

Oh and also when master cleansing do you experience diahrea or increased bm or any other symptoms? Do the few calories in it from the lemon and syrup give you any extra noticable energy? and will it slow detox down as to doing a water fast?

thanks a bunch u guys are great

One more thing...is it alright to instead of doing the morning salt water drink to do a laxative...not necessarily every time but maybe every 2 or 3 days?

I just posted with Druid. I'm interested in joining in on a the MC. How would Monday sound? I'm hoping for the 10 days. Whaddya say? I've done it before, but I broke it badly and it has discouraged me from undertaking it alone. I could definitely use the support.

I have done the MC several times, the last time was 40 days before beginning the 30 day challenge here.
Replacing the maple syrup with agave syrup has been done successfully by hundreds of people, so you can be raw on the MC. Because you are getting calories and vitamins and minerals in the lemon juice, cayenne and syrup, most likely you will be detoxing more slowly than on a plain water fast. Most people find a juice fast to be an easier detox than the MC.
When doing the MC as written, BMs are liquid, so access to a potty is a good thing.
Some people skip the salt water flush entirely, Burroughs says if you must do that replace it with another cup of laxative tea with senna in it. That is in addition to the cup of laxative tea before bed. The tea can be made with warm water as opposed to hot, just allow it to sit longer.
It is a great idea to have a cleansing buddy, and the Curezone has an entire forum dedicated to the cleanse - with an awesome archive to read for inspiration and information.
    Best,
    LN
