For energy try to use dates. That is what I recomand to my clients and the results are very quick. I think also you should add more protein. Have you heard of hemp protein? I use Living Harvest Organic Raw Hemp protein and I love it. http://www.livingharvest.com/products/protein-powder.

Concentrate on eating as close to 100% raw as you can and just let "eating raw" do the rest. Your lack on energy definitely suggests that you aren't eating enough. Only you really knows what you want to eat but rather than trying to specifically avoid foods which have high fat values just eat what you want to as long as it's raw. Soak nuts if you are going to include them in your diet. You'll find you don't over eat them when they are soaked. You are looking for a balance in your eating life-style that you've never had before and it may take a little while.

Don't focus on the friends that you think want you to fail. Don't focus on the scales. Focus on eating raw, feeling healthy and enjoying yourself.

    My typical diet:

Breakfast: Green smoothie with little fruit
Snack: handful of nuts and seeds
Lunch: dehydrated flax crackers with avocado tomato
    Snack: Fresh orange and nuts
Dinner: Fresh green juice or raw veggie soup with flax crackers

Warm water enemas twice a week

Drinking about 3 litres of water a day.

I'm not working at the moment as I've been too unwell. I don't have any stress other than being ill and trying to recover. My partner is also following the same diet and is very supportive (I'm sooo lucky!!).

I'm 5 foot 9 inches. Healthy weight is around 70 kilos - presently I'm 85 kilos. Very distressing as this is the heaviest I've ever been. I've not had issues with losing weight prior to getting sick. Should I eliminate anything from my diet to assist? Thanks.
You can have chicken breast in your lunch or dinner. It is on of the quick healthy meals and delicious to eat.
