Default Raw foods to eat when stressed?

In times of stress, I get acid buildup in my stomach and reflux. Does it help to eat alkaline foods? Broccoli is the only food for me that doesn't have a reaction. Any others to suggest, what works for you? Thanks guys.

First of all, if you want to minimise stress you must stop consuming foods that contribute towards stress like chemicals and processed foods, but also minimise your stressful environment.

The best foods l have found that minimise stress are:

Perhaps the best foods of all for stress would be:
1). AFA blue green algae (the blue impacts the mind in the most positive way)
2). Wheatgrass juice (brilliant also, but it is not a drug so you need to do it every day. lt works)
    3) Sunflower greens (a brilliant feel good food/drink...perhaps the best feel good drink there is for various reasons)

    and...
    4) Sprouted poppy seeds (if you can get them...king of the magnesium, manganese)

You also might want to try other alkaline foods high in: green, magnesium, manganese and B vitamins....foods like soaked/sprouted almonds, sprouted sesame seeds (king of B vitamins foods).

You won't get better anti stress foods than that. l've been a stress head all my life and now l am as calm as a cucumber. These foods are powerful. And yes, l do emphasise "sprouted" for very very good reasons.

Yes! You've got it right in one. Broccoli is also highly alkalizing so it will neutralize the acid. I just found this website today and it was such a comprehensive chart of acidic and alkaline foods, it has helped me so much I think I will print it out!

Maybe if you try to eat as much basic food as possible then it will help!

I got a lot of reflux when I was eating a lot of fruit. Cutting down on the fruit (or eating no sweet fruit) made it go away completely... So I'd stay away from fruit in this situation. Lean towards greens
