    Happy Monday!

    You're welcome Raw Angel.

Hang in there Lucy. I'm not sure if it's the energies right now or what but sadness and depression are kicking some folk's butts. You're def' not alone Lucy. All I know to do is to keep doing what I've been doing and know it'll pass. Haven't caved and don't plan on it. It does get better the more you keep at the lifestyle. I've observed it's this entire process I go through, especially playing or not playing, games with my own self about what I will and won't eat and what I will give into and what I won't.

For me it's knowing what's good for me and following through with that and breaking old habits. If I know it isn't beneficial and I keep doing it, I have to look at that. You just have to keep at it and trust yourself. For some food really isn't an issue for them and they just do it, but for others such as me and possibly you, we just have to keep at it to better our relationship with food. It does get better once again, just hold onto that. I don't know. I can't tell you exactly what to do, only you can do that as you know yourself best.

Day 14 and day 4 of rainbow green
I've been posting a lot because I'm feeling excruciatingly weak, especially today. All I can do is lie in bed, with a laptop to occupy my mind. Simple tasks feel enormous! Like juicing. Felt tortuous just to stand up.
I have a night class to go to at 6:30, but I know my brain can't work like this. Problem is that I'm behind in the course, and I have a feeling this detox might last awhile. Thankfully it's a go-at-your-own-pace online course, so all I can do is fall behind and hope that once detox is over I'll have time to finish the course in a sprint.

    Day 12 Raw
I had a lovely salad i threw together for lunch ice burg lettace, carrots, rasins ,olive oil with a bit! of non raw dressing and it was raaaaaaaawdaful!!!!!!!!!

When I get home from school i'm like hmm what do I want to eat but then it hits me ever single day that I'm not eating cooked food XD Being raw isn't a choure and its much easier then you think it is. I'm not feeling sick yet but I tend to go to bed at 9-10pm now. When i eat cooked food even a bit i go to bed around 11. There is definitly noticeable changes in attitude. Being raw is great and fun or even just eating raw 2 meals a day will change everything :)!

Runraw, that's so great! Really inspiring.

I'm really having trouble apparently!! I went 3 days without any fruit/sugar but then I felt like I couldn't go any more without it. I ate alll this fruit, and then that led me into a big cooked food binge because "I already ate sugar, might as well!" I really hate that my all or nothing attitude is coming back. I felt like I had gotten somewhat of a grip on that. Uhm... I'm still in it though and I'm still picking myself up tomorrow. Good Night Rawbies X

escapeartist~ what matters here is that you are picking yourself up. That is all that matters. Good job.

I am still getting the hang of this juicing business, and my mung beans made a enormous amount of sprouts!!!, so I used some in my juice this morning, and I must say my energy levels have spiked. Any one else juice their sprouts?

I'm going to do a green smoothie for lunch and still never made zucchini pasta yet, so I think that's what I'll have tonight.. I think pesto... yup, that sounds delicious.

Well that's great news! Juicing does amazing things. I have been juicing almost every morning when time permits and don't have anything to eat other than juice until the afternoon time. It wakes me up, clears my head, and gives me the boost of energy I need to start my day, and I swear it makes me breath better. I feel like I can breath in deeper and breathing is just more enjoyable.. if that makes sense... Does anyone else feel this?

Well aside from juicing I have been sprouting a lot. It's amazing how such small seeds yeild so much food and nurishment!

    Today:

    juice- pineapple, orange, pear, cucumber
smoothie- banana, blue berries, sprouts, pineapple, kale and spinach.
For dinner- I think I'll make some corn chowder...maybe Ani's

I'm so proud of all of you guys. So much support in this website, i love it.
I'm still here, feeling a little bit sad because i've been gaining weight instead of losing it. I say to myself, you can lose weight by eating sad food, yeah but i would never feel this great eating sad food so i'm going to keep going. I think i have a long way to go, i have to get use to this new lifestyle so i'll see you in the november challenge. Kisses and big hugs! n.n!
