Jealous... so hard for me to lose weight no matter what i do... I've tried low fat, ive tried high fat, in between, high carb, low carb, etc.. I know I have at least 20-30 pounds to shed even though I hide it well. Oh well, weight isnt the priority herebut it sure would be nice to see some pounds shedding.

Today I had more of an appetite craved fruit so I had lots of fruit. For dinner a big salad, or perhaps green smoothie. My mood is much better, I am feeling in good spirits and looking forwardto the days to come...the past few have been so mentally and physically gloomy. I am thinking that by tomorrow I will feel energetic enough to workout for the first time in days!woo hoo!I think it's only been 3 days since I have cut back on physical activity but bygeorge it feels like weeks!

You all are such a motivation, and I enjoy reading each any every one's posts... Thank you sincerely for uplifting me even in the darkest of moments ;-)

I agree Blackkat, everyone is so uplifting and motivating. I love coming here to post my raw intake and to see what everyone's been up to themselves.

Runraw, you are rawsome with your weight loss and energy. Keep up the great work!

Welcome rawalice!! Great to have so many people here for the sake of raw and living foods.

I've been busy working and going to the gym. Never thought I'd say I like doing that so much. Always been so lathargic and beat down tired by the end of my work day (5 p.m.) Now I look for things to do.
    My sleep has even improved.

I had a great big salad with apples and honey in it for break-fast

    2....yeah ......2 smoothies for lunch.....kale/cukes/kelp powder/turmeric/pineapple/banana/berries

dinner was just 2 bananas, some grapes and now I am topping off the evening with choc/banana/walnut/honey milkshake.....yummy

    peace,
    Bonnie

Welcome Rawalice!!! Looking forward to travelling with you down this beaaaautiful path called raw food!

Oh my god I feel so much better than yesterday! My cocoa reaction is finally coming to a close. That was definitely a food intolerance thing, it felt a lot like a casein (dairy) reaction of mine but less severe. I don't feel GOOD today, because over the last 2 days while feeling miserable I really got sloppy with the diet and just kind of lived on dates and I don't do well on sugar lol so... I was so anxious that I felt like I couldn't go get groceries. Little bit of that still today but almost gone now. I'm just happy that I don't feel like hell anymore!

Can't wait to feel glowy again

    Hey escapeartist!

Im glad your feeling better. I had a reaction like that a couple of years ago to Macca. I put a spoonful in my smoothie and I freaked!

Not nice. Now though, Im ok with macca, but Im really careful with it and other superfoods.

Well, I hope you have a great day today!
