Default Can I lose lose 0.5 to 1 pound per day on Raw Fruits and Vegetables?

    Hi Everyone,
I've been slim for most of my life, but since three years ago something dramatic happen in my life. In three years I climbed from 115 to 214 pounds. I've tried going on diets, but nothing work. I was first introduce to raw food a year ago when I wasn't has big, but it was so hard to stay on. I lasted for a week because I have a sweet tooth and I crave sugar all the time. I hate being so big. When I look in the mirror I don't recognized myself anymore. I'm so depressed and since I put on so much weight all my hair fell off and I feel sick all the time after I eat anything. It's like I want to vomit, but I can't. So then I'll eat something really sweet in order for me not to feel like that.
I have to get my life back and get healthy again. Today is the day I decided to make a change no more excuses and you all are my witnesses. I need all your support, encouraging words to help me along my journey.

Yes you can and eating tons of foods even deserts. There are many recipes to try in the recipe section. Dates and figs are sweet and desert like by themselves. I loose the most when I have big salads each day. Lots of fruit for breakfast. Remember don't each just one mango have 6 or 8 or you will never feel full. Drink plenty of water. There is raw chocolate powder you can add to smoothies or make treats with it. My favorite smoothie right now is 4 banannas 1 tablespoon of agave nector water and 1 tablespoon of raw chocolate powder. It is so good..I usually freeze banannas when the get really ripe for smoothies and deserts. Enjoy and have great raw day.

P.S if you don't like to eat your veggies juice them with apples.. Its a good way to wash your body with nutrients and help speed up your heeling and well being.

It's a daunting change and I'm going through it again. Just remember that it isn't necessarily a diet. It's a change in lifestyle. Like any change there will be ups and downs, just remember that each new day is that, a new day and a new start.
    It's time to live.
    With love, Kit
