Hey guys! Right now I am aiming to drink around 3 glasses of vegetable and fruit juice a day and if I'm still hungry then have a fresh salad or some cut up vegetables. So my diet would be about 75% juice. I am not overweight but my BMI is on the higher side of average but I have a small-medium frame... But I've been overweight all my life until now... So just wondering if people think this is a healthy approach or have any other juicing tips? I make all my juices 3/4 vegetables and 1/4 fruit. Should I have more or less fruit or should I keep them separate? Any info would be great!
