DETOX..I would venture to guess. Drink another juice, spice it up with some peppers, bundle up and relax..it will pass..read a book, go for a walk or just rest. Sorry I don't have any other wow-ideas..:)..You can do this. :)
I am on day 1 of a juice fast. Im promising myself 7 days but may see if I can make it 10. Of my friends who have tried this they felt terrible the first few days but then it started to get better. You can do this, that's why you set your mind to try it. Just have a juice when you feel uncomfortable and get lots of bed rest.
Stay strong and remember many people have been where you are and have gotten thru the toughest of times.. I am about to embark on my own first juice fast and I am very excited/nervous. Let us know how you are feeling/update. You are doing amazing things for your body and it will thank you later.
Genesis 1:12 And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind,
and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind:
and God saw that it was good.
"The most sublime truth of all has never been stated or written or sung,
not because it is far away and canít be reached but because it is so intimately close,
closer than anything that can be spoken." - Gangaji
hey dtmd, I'm there with you. Feeling like crap. I was also told it was detox. Alissa has an archived thread on detoxing here. Flu-like symptoms is almost guarenteed. Someone told me to look at it like a healing-crisis instead of something bad. It does get better. But first.......well, you know, it's always darkest before the dawn.
Hang in there.
Stay motivated; read lots of books and posts all your feelings; blog about them.
