Well... without much prior thought, I've changed over to Raw Vegan eating marking today as the first day.

Having weightlifted for a number of years, I still eat according to a plan and count calories. I'm basically eating a certain amount of fruits and fats (nuts & oils) each day to hit a specific calorie target, and vegetables and seeds can come along for the ride and not be counted... (who wants to count all the bean sprouts, and lettuce?)

Sound like a good plan? The only worry I have is losing the muscle I've built over the last 6 years.... however, in the end, I just want to feel healthy, end my digestive upsets and just be lean and mean!!

Thoughts and advice?

ps: I already have made nori rolls and an Avocado soup by Ani phyo and have to say I was impressed with the soup.
