lunch-carrot, cabage, spinach and sprout salad.
snack- ombar raw superfood probitic coconut chocolate
    snack-grapes
dinner-tomatoe and basil salad with olive oil, green beens dippeed in tahini
    desert- raisins

    hello,

    Welcome to the forum.

What you are eating sounds ok but the Ombar ... I doubt that it is really raw. You'll discover that many companies use the word raw when they want their product to sound healthy and pure but since there isn't a legal status for the term under labeling laws, it is often meaningless. Double check your tahini jar label as well.

When it comes to blenders, it sounds as though it would be really helpful if you read the instruction manual first. You need to add water or juice or nut milk to get things to blend. You don't want to break a brand new blendtec!

Otherwise you seem to be doing fine ... keep it varied, keep it raw and eat plenty and you'll be doing it right.

Wheres the nuts? They are VERY calorie dense and will help add more body to smoothies and soups. (if u soak them 12 - 24hours before)

Mystic tree, I looked it up and it uses raw cacao, but the coconut blosson sugar isnt (but apparently it has a lower GI than agave)...
Not too sure about the tahini. The label said 100% ground sesame seeds. I got it from the asian market.
The blenders were just really low power... I had aadded liquids... I am looking forward to getting a blendtec though cause it looks amazing!!
Oscar, I forgot to write I had pumpkin seeds. I thought seeds were high calorie and had the same nutrients (and more?) than nuts. I was actually worried I was eating too much high calorie foods seeing as everyone seems to be obsessed with low fat!
